Customised items (names, numbers, patches or any other personalisation) are produced according to the details you provide. You are responsible for checking these details before confirming your order. Once an order for a customised item has been confirmed it can no longer be modified, and customised items are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a proven defect.

Delivery times are given as estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.
